Prana Vishnu Thermal Top : Retro Comfort

Prana's Vishu Thermal long-sleeve tee is a bundle of contradictions -- and that's a good thing. It's got a retro attitude all wrapped up in a soft, comfy  cocoon. It's the type of shirt Chuck Norris would wear while chopping wood or riding his motorcycle. Heck, it's the shirt I want to wear every day. Does that make me as cool as Chuck Norris?

I've really been enjoying the Vishnu. The retro cotton waffle weave reminds me of the old-school gear I wore on the ski trips of my youth. The long-john fabric creates hundreds of little air pockets that trap warmth, and it's 100% cotton, so it's soft against my skin. As winter approaches, I know I'll be wearing this thing a lot.

I'm sort of a bean pole with long arms, so I was happy to find that the Vishnu tee fits just right. I've worn way too many long-sleeve tops with sleeves that stop above my wrists, but this shirt's sleeves are the perfect length.  It also just looks cool -- not many other companies are making waffle thermals these days.
