Nike ACG Cairn Pants : From Plane to Trail
I like to look moderately stylish when I travel--they never give sloppy people in sweat pants the upgrades. Unfortunately, I can't sit more than 20 minutes in my dress pants, much less 5-8 hours. The Nike ACG Cairn pant has been a trip saver for me. Made out of a slightly stretchy polyester, they've got a flattering slim fit, straight legs, and two large flat zippered pockets where I stash my boarding pass, lip balm, and spare change. There's also a handy, discreet zippered pocket along the seam of one leg -- perfect for my credit card and passport. Most of all, I like the elastic waistband that's sheathed in fabric except for the ends, which connect together like a belt with an easy-release, adjustable snap enclosure. These lightweight black pants (also available in khaki) are perfect for traveling because they don't get wrinkled, they look great with a nice top, and they're always comfortable. Once I arrive at my destination, these pants are refined enough for urban outings and tough enough for the trails. Bottom Line: Easy wash, quick-drying, all-around comfort. In men's and women's styles.--E.D. (Sept. '05) Price: $49.95 (currently on sale at Altrec.com for $19.97) Manufacturer's Site: www.nike.com Buy Online : Altrec.com
