Nathan 5K Runner's Pak : The Perfect Pouch

I haven't run a 5K in a long time, but I still cover at least that much ground every day on my power walks. And I still need someplace to put my keys and a credit card since most of my warm-weather exercise clothes don't have pockets.

Nathan's 5K Pak is perfect for me. It's slim, sleek, and super lightweight. It also has a nice wide waistband with a nice big buckle. So, I can wear it low, around my hips, snug around my waist, over a thin wind shirt, or with a t-shirt and skort. It's so much better than any other pack I've worn before because it doesn't move around or bounce on my bladder with each step!

On the outside of the pack there's a flat mesh zippered pocker, where I carry my i.d. and a credit card. Inside the main pouch - just my keys. I could fit a nutrition bar if I wanted to, but I don't. I just want a low profile pouch that won't get in my way -- that I won't even feel I'm wearing.

Comes in black, black/red, black/blue.

Bottom Line: The perfect pouch, the perfect fit, with the added bonus of a two reflector spots for my nighttime walks.--E.D. (Sept 08)

Worldwide there are more than 12,000 species of ferns. In New Zealand, the silver fern is the national symbol. According to Maori culture, the unfurling tip of the fern, called a "koru," represents the cycle of life and death. This image is often used in art and jewelry.
