iLap LapTop Stand : Have Desk Will Travel

If I leave town, even if it's only for a few days, it's pretty much a given that my PowerBook is coming along, too.

I used to have to make do with whatever desk I found at the other end. But no more. Now I can bring my favorite desk with me. And I can even work on the couch or in bed --in complete comfort.

I love the iLap stand because it's super lightweight, it fits easily into my computer bag, and it's simple to use. The aluminum stand has excellent padding at the end, which serves two purposes: providing arm/wrist support and holding the laptop in place on the stand. (The stand comes with sticky nubs to attach to the bottom of a computer for better grip, but so far I haven't need to use them since the nubs on my PowerBook still do an excellent job of gripping.) The lightweight aluminum also does an excellent job of keeping my PowerBook cool.

Bottom LIne:   Hands down, one of my favorite PowerBook accessories. I won't leave home without it. Ever.--E. D. (July 06)

Price: $49.90-69.90, depending on laptop size.
